77th month-versary!

On our 77th month-versary!  Lao fu lao qi already but we always try to make a point to spend some time together on our month-versary. Be it a simple dinner or a movie date. Speaking of movie, I just watched Johnny English and it was damn hilarious. I was laughing non-stop throughout the whole movie. It's good! Go watch it if you haven't and do stay till after the credits :)

Dinner at Marmalade Pantry at Orchard Ion followed by some shopping. I love hanging out at Orchard Ion. It has all my favourite store like Zara, Topshop and Sephora. These are my must-visit brands when I hit town.

We had their signature crab linguine. The pasta was pretty filling and I was struggling to finish it up.

Finally bought a new eye creme. Previously, I was using some Kiehl's vit C eye creme and it sting my eyes so badly. So I went back to get my good old creamy avocado eye creme. No more listening to beauty advisers. They always psycho me to try their new products and I always ended up getting diasppointed.

Ice Cream Gallery

I have a sweet tooth. I couldn't resist chocolates, pastries and ice-cream and always on a lookout for awesome dessert place. So one day, we drove pass Tanjong Katong and spotted this newly opened "Ice Cream Gallery" and we thought, why not just give it a try?

Thank god that the cafe is just 5mins drive away from home. So if I need to satisfy my craving, I can always pop over there rather than Udders @Siglap.

My top pick will be the rum and raisin ice-cream. Durian is fantastic as well :)

Gotta go help in the packing of parcels. One more day to TGIF! =D

Food makes me HAPPY!

Ahh! Feels good to be back home :)

Been wanting to hit H&M ever since its opening. BUT! The CRAZY queue scares me off. So I thought, why not go on a weekday afternoon. Should be lesser crowd right? But I was WRONG! There was no queue but the store was jam packed. Ladies apparels on first and second level whereas men and kids on third level. So girls, you can now shop to your heart's content (2 levels of ladies merchandise). There was a long queue at the fitting room area so I didn't bother to try. Just picked up a few items and out we go.

I wore an upcoming piece from Amber Avenue and it's inspired by H&M :)

My H&M loots!

Up next to Ippudo for early dinner. Just realised that we love to head over to Mandarin Gallery to dine. All the nice restaurants are located there like Wild Honey, Ippudo, Antoinette etc.

Speaking of Antoinette, I have this sudden craving for macaroon. So headed over to get some. The best that I had (in my box of six) was the caramel macaroon. Definitely going back for more! :)

Alright folks, gonna go prepare for our upcoming launch. Stay tuned for more :)

Tabby in the house

Bf's mum brought a dog home one day to experience "a day with a dog at home" life. Apparently, her friend is migrating to Australia next year and is currently looking for a new owner for the dog, Tabby. Tabby is a really smart dog. Everyone in the family likes her, especially bf. Furthermore, he is dying to have a dog since ages. But bf's mum fear the responsibility and forgo the idea of adopting Tabby. How sad :(

Anyhow, we hope that Tabby can find a good owner :)

Here are some random photos that I took with instagram. You can follow me on twitter and instagram @trulyserenity :)

Premium BBQ Party!

Just a short update before I head out for dinner :)

Last week was Han Siong's 30th birthday. Him being a BBQ lover, Pei Ee booked a BBQ pit at her apartment. It was a premium BBQ party with huge tiger prawn, crab, yakitori, endless supply of beef and mutton. There wasn't any hotdog or crab stick in sight (which I was craving for).  Nevertheless, it was fun catching up :)

Anyway, we are launching the High Waist Safari Shorts on our next launch.

Have a great weekend! :)
My dearest bf sprained his ankle during a soccer game and it was pretty bad. It has been a week and he is still in bandage. His ankle incident was a wake up call. He claimed that he is getting old and needs to hit the gym soon to train on his stamina.Haha.

So I have to take over the wheels for a couple of days. Drove him to Mt Elizabeth hospital for his skin appointment last week. Been hearing raves about Antoinette thus we decided to give it a try since we're just nearby.

Can't stop thinking about their pastries and we are going back there for sure :)
